Custom orders can be made by email to dalecolefarm@gmail.com. Please include your name and phone number in the subject line. The order should include the item you want, customization details, and any reference pics. We can't wait to make you something beautiful!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you may reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. Items that are non-refundable include: custom orders, clearance items, and custom shaped hats. You are responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returned merchandise. A refund will be granted for in-stock items once merchandise is delivered and inspected.
